NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 5080 Mobile is a high-performance mobile graphics chip launching in 2025, based on a 4nm process. With the GB203 graphics processor and DirectX 12 Ultimate support, it supports all modern games and features such as hardware-raytracing, variable-rate shading.
It includes 8192 shading units, 256 texture mapping units, 96 ROPs, and 64 raytracing cores. In addition, 256 tensor cores increase the speed of machine learning applications. 16 GB of GDDR7 memory is paired with a 256-bit memory interface, providing 32 Gbps of effective memory speed. The GPU runs at 975 MHz, which can be boosted up to 1500 MHz.
Its power draw is limited to 80 W, and display outputs include 1x HDMI 2.1b and 3x DisplayPort 2.1b. It’s a powerful option for mobile gaming and graphics-heavy tasks.
